MataTrader Server Time

Hi Neal,

I'm using MT4 with Alpari UK server, there is a time difference with your data source server. This has caused bar different between your chart (from DailyForexChart) and my chart such as 4hourly. (see attached). Pls suggest which broker server for MT4 should I use in order to get the server (chart) timing that is similar to yours.

Toyogo, I apologize for the delay, it has been a very busy time for me here.

FOREX presents many data problems, so we can't hope to have exact signals. We have to allow some flexibility.

Traders are in different time-zones, and most importantly, we have different data sources. I use esignal, which obtains their data from a very wide variety of sources. Alpari may only be providing data from a smaller sub-set of of brokers. Unlike the other regulated exchanges, FOREX is a bit of a wild-west environment. The price you see at any time is not necessarily what someone else is seeing.

Get a few different data feeds, you''ll notice right away, they are not the same.
