Is that a cup and handle pattern on the 4 HR EUR/USD, if so what is the probabilty of a breakout? profit target?

It looks bullish right now, and I would not be surprised to see a breakout.

Of course we don't have to guess! If it breaks out, we know what to do, if not, we know what to do. We prefer to wait for the market to point the direction, rather than anticipating and guessing..

It's a strong looking chart, thanks for bringing it to my attention.
